Following the merger between Coke Consulting Ltd and Gearing & Company in 2008, both Bishop’s Stortford based, the business has continued to evolve and expand in terms of both service lines and geographical cover. By way of staff expansion, in 2020 a decision was made to open a Chelmsford office, and in January 2025 Harwin Property Consultants merged with Coke Gearing adding a Colchester office which allowed us to serve and expand the client base from East London, out along the A12 and A13 corridors and into Suffolk. We now advise clients comprehensively throughout the region broadly defined by the M11, A13, A14, A10 and the North Circular road, therefore clearly encompassing the vibrant and expanding sector of the Eastern Home Counties.

Specific services are identified via the right hand menu, but our sole aim is to add value for our clients across a range of activities including agency, valuation, rent review, property management and development/investment appraisals.
