North London

North London, in commercial terms, is quite a wide term but generally could be considered to be those locations within the M25 between the A1, A10 and M11 running across the A406 North Circular Road. Key commercial areas therein would include Enfield, Edmonton, Tottenham and Wood Green, but with various sub-centres.

As with most London postcodes, the commercial driver has been the proximity to, and servicing of, central London with this location always being highly popular. This demand, however, was increased by national growth in warehouse occupation over recent years and the previous move from residential on brownfield development.
