Daniel Harness
Director
Daniel has over 28 years’ agency experience across all sectors of the property industry, which started in the late 90s in residential agency. Daniel then moved into commercial agency with a regional practice in Essex/East London before moving into national agency roles with Lambert Smith Hampton and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
In 2016 Daniel founded Harwin Property Consultants, a niche commercial agency handling all aspects of commercial property across the South East, building the business into a key player in the region before joining Coke Gearing in 2025.
In addition to running Harwin, Daniel was an active member within the National Industrial Agents Society Committee spanning over a decade, becoming National Chairman of the organisation in 2022 to 2024, a role that Daniel feels very proud and privileged to have held.
In his spare time Daniel loves spending time with his family and is a very keen golfer, when his temperamental back allows! He enjoys watching most sports, with a particular love of football, rugby and cricket.
