Coke Gearing are delighted to have advised Kennedy Wilson in the disposal of Unit 16, Spire Green Industrial Estate, Harlow, with effectively zero void.
Coke Gearing were instructed by our clients prior to the incumbent tenant’s departure, and, after brief marketing, a new tenant was located and terms negotiated at a market leading level. An Agreement for Lease has now been signed and the tenant will take occupation once refurbishment works are concluded by the end of November.
Forward thinking by the Asset Manager, and good market knowledge here at Coke Gearing, gave a transaction which provided almost zero loss in income but, more importantly, a significant growth in the Estate’s ERV.
