Toby graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in 2019 with a degree in Rural Land Management. He joined Coke Gearing in 2022 through the Graduate Scheme and achieved chartership in October 2024. Toby is part of the industrial agency team, focusing on the northeast M25 region, as well as Hertfordshire, Essex and Suffolk.
Outside of work, Toby is a keen sportsman, enjoying both playing and watching a wide variety of sports, with skiing – especially in Canada – being his favourite. Coming from a farming family, he also helps out whenever possible, particularly during harvest season.
