We are delighted to welcome Will Brown, who joins our team as a Senior Surveyor. Will brings a wealth of experience of Landlord & Tenant work, having acted for both occupiers and owners in rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears on retail, retail warehouse, office, industrial, laboratory and R&D premises. Prior to joining Coke Gearing he worked for Bidwells in Cambridge, where he acted for many Cambridge University Colleges dealing with their property portfolios, and he has also worked in the West End of London where he specialised in Agency and Investment. Will’s experience will be put to good use across all sectors of our business and we look forward very much to working with him.
