Toby graduated from Royal Agricultural University in 2019 with a degree in Rural Land Management. For two years after university, he worked in insurance for NFU Mutual but has now returned to his preferred career path where he plans to build knowledge in all aspects of the industry with the intention of becoming an RICS Chartered Surveyor.
