The Delta Group has agreed to a new fifteen-year lease for three units on the speculatively developed, multi-let estate totalling 114,000 sq ft, one of the largest lettings in the South East this year to date. Due for completion in September 2024, Savills building and project consultancy is also overseeing the construction on behalf of The Delta Group.
Locating to Spark, The Delta Group is set to benefit from being a fifteen-minute drive from Stansted Airport, as well as excellent access to the wider motorway network via J8 and the new J7a of the M11. The new units will also comprise PV panels to meet ESG requirements and provide the opportunity to use renewable power sources to run its operations.
