Following Kennedy Wilson`s purchase of the entire Hub@Skyline120, Braintree investment in December 2020, we are pleased to have worked with Tim Mardon of MPAM on the agreed surrender of unit 620 (approx. 35,000 sq ft) and immediate re-letting to another of the existing tenants.
