Karen joined Harwin in 2018 after a career break to start her family before moving over to Coke Gearing in February 2025. Having previously worked for over 25 years in the insurance sector in the City, Karen was looking for a new challenge. Since joining Coke Gearing, Karen provides essential support in all areas from marketing and accounting to viewings and doing deals.
In her spare time Karen enjoys family time with her girls and is a keen runner, along with her love of fine dining and weekends away.
