Carol Philpott BSc (Hons) MRICS

Carol has worked in commercial and residential property for 20 years in London and the South East and has experience in both surveying and PropTech. During this time she has worked with a variety of property companies, disposing of their office, industrial and retail space and assisting with their professional work. She has also worked with the Top 100 Surveying companies, ensuring they had access to the right data in order to work more efficiently and make better and more informed decisions.

Carol is a local lady, born and bred in Bishop’s Stortford, and therefore brings excellent local market knowledge to the team.

Outside of work, Carol spends most of her free time running after her two energetic boys and spending time with family. She is very sociable, and when she does get a break from her children she is either recuperating on the sofa or enjoying good food and wine with friends. A keen but fairly novice skier, she hopes to hit the slopes again soon, once her children are old enough to keep their gloves on for more than five minutes!
