Very shortly after the PC of refurbishment works we are delighted to have now concluded a new letting to a major trade counter operator, to be announced.
The refurbishment works are the first step to realigning the Estate into a much greener location in terms of energy and environment which will be rolled out in due course. In the interim we now have 100% occupancy and a very solid line-up of established tenants.
Agency work here was undertaken by Paul Fitch of Coke Gearing who first acted for the then owners some 22 years ago! Rents have somewhat increased in that time.
