As part of our ongoing work with the Asset Managers, Kennedy Wilson, Coke Gearing Consulting have continued their role undertaking re-gears and re-lettings at the 70-acre West Horndon site, adjacent to the A127.
The team’s most recent significant success has involved the re-gearing of an existing Tenant’s 21,000 sq ft commercial unit and additional yard with an Agreement for Lease now signed to take a contiguous 33,000 sq ft building and a 50,000 sq ft yard.
The Tenant has also relocated from another estate nearby to consolidate to improve their business efficiency. Kennedy Wilson will be undertaking a full refurbishment of the building and demolition of superfluous old space to create secure and surfaced yards, with the Tenant due to move across by December 2023.
This transaction continues the theme of relocation and re-gearing whilst undertaking significant refurbishment and realignment of assets on the Estate.
