Federated Hermes expands its existing holding at Horndon Industrial Park, West Horndon, Essex

Coke Gearing is pleased to have advised Federated Hermes in the off-market acquisition of 67/68 Horndon Industrial Park comprising an industrial unit of approximately 15,000 sq ft which has simultaneously been let to Graphic International Display Limited (GID).

GID have been established on the Estate for over 10 years and will remain in occupation with the business unaffected.

Federated Hermes own the majority of Horndon Industrial Park, and this purchase enhances its existing holding on the Estate, which is ideally suited for a range of occupiers and particularly ‘last mile’ logistic operators, being situated close to the A127 and M25.

Paul Fitch of Coke Gearing Consulting acted for Federated Hermes.

Simon Phillips of Bennett Phillips Luton acted for GIP.
