Paul Fitch of Coke Gearing is pleased to have advised on the re-letting of two trade counter units at Brentwood Trade Park, Brentwood, Essex, on behalf of Mileway.
Unit 10, approximately 3,500 sq ft was let to Grant & Stone and, whilst that transaction was underway, Unit 8 also became vacant and was let simultaneously to a local covenant. These occupiers join Tool Station and Connect Plumbing amongst others.

Unit 3, of approximately 5,000 sq ft, will be available from April 2022.
