Work is now well under way on Units 1, 2 and 3 Hyperion, situated within the Horizon 120 master development in Braintree, Essex. The units of approximately 76,000, 31,000 and 51,000 sq ft will be ready for occupation by the end of 2022 and will offer the only standing available mid-box warehouse units in the region.
