The Directors of Coke Gearing Consulting are delighted to announce that Daniel Harness of Harwin Property Consultants will merge his business into the Coke Gearing operation with immediate effect.
Coke Gearing, established in its current form in 2004, operates from offices in Bishop’s Stortford and Chelmsford and will now add the existing Colchester office of Harwin to their network.
The current Directors of Coke Gearing, Louise Campbell, Adam Tindall and Paul Fitch, are delighted by this merger and the opportunities it gives to expand our regional coverage and client base.
Harwin, set up by Daniel in 2016, has established itself as a well-respected consultancy along the A12, A13 and A14 corridors, specialising in the industrial and logistics market with an extensive client base of both occupiers and developers/funds, adding to Coke Gearing’s established track record and client base throughout the northeast sector of the M25, advising on all facets of commercial property and investment.
Paul Fitch of Coke Gearing says “Following the current Directors’ MBO of the Coke Gearing business in 2022 our aim has always been to grow the business in a logical and methodical manner. We have all known Daniel for many years, and worked collaboratively on many occasions, so there was a natural synergy to our two businesses joining forces to create a stronger single entity.”
Daniel Harness of Harwin says “ I am delighted to be joining such an amazing group of people at Coke Gearing, the current board of directors, who I have known for over 15 years, have a drive and ambition that matches my own, so when the opportunity arose for us to join forces, it felt a natural fit.
At the end of 2024, I stood down from the coveted position of National Chairman of the Industrial Agents Society, which has around 1200 members across the UK. This has provided invaluable experience for me and helped me build strong and long-lasting relationships across the agency, developer/fund, and occupier community.”
