Commercial property agents and surveyors, Coke Gearing Consulting, have undergone a management buyout (MBO) by three of the Company’s existing Directors.
The Coke Gearing business has been acquired in its entirety by Adam Tindall, Paul Fitch and Louise Campbell with effect from Friday, 4 November 2022.
Established in 2004 by Richard Coke, and acquiring Gearing & Company in January 2008, the business is a highly respected commercial property adviser along the M11/A12 corridors and has expanded into wider markets during 2020, with the opening of a Chelmsford office and client growth around the northeast M25.
Richard Coke, who will remain an active Consultant to the business, commented “I am delighted that the business will continue to remain an independent owner managed team and be driven forward by the well-established and experienced Directors who will have my full support, and I particularly wish to thank the many clients and friends, both large and small, who have supported us along the way and I am looking forward to continuing to work with you within the new set up.”
