Acting on behalf of the landowner, Coke Gearing Consulting have confirmed the sale of the 35-acre development site to Panattoni UK, in the region’s largest commercial transaction this year.
The new project will be known as Panattoni Park, Braintree, and will deliver 575,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art industrial and logistic space. Construction is already underway on the first element, comprising a single speculative unit of 172,000 sq ft approx, for delivery in Q2 2026.
