Paul Fitch of Coke Gearing is delighted to have seen the final letting of the last two units totalling 20,000 sq ft.
Paul, having advised Caisson iO on the acquisition, brought the letting instruction to Coke Gearing Consulting on joining the company in January 2021. Bradbury Park was constructed in 2020 and comprised 11 industrial/warehouse units to an institutional standard ranging from approximately 10,000 sq ft to 60,000 sq ft.
