Kennedy Wilson acquired the 39-acre multi-let industrial estate during the summer of 2022, since when Paul Fitch and Will Brown of Coke Gearing Consulting have been working on the Fund’s behalf to re-gear and renew a number of existing leases on both building and open storage facilities. As 2022 draws to a close, Coke Gearing Consulting have successfully concluded five significant lease renewals with considerable ERV uplift and have terms agreed on a further five with two Open Market re-lettings in solicitors’ hands. The project thus far has proved that good asset management and good professional advice, working with occupiers, pays dividends and we look forward to our further involvement in 2023 and beyond.
