Louise Campbell BSc (Hons) MRICS

Louise joined the Coke Gearing team in 2012 after a stint working in South Wales for both private and public sector organisations.  At Coke Gearing she is involved with all the commercial sectors.  Variety really is the spice of life for Louise: as a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer she is often working on investment and property development instructions providing strategic advice, in addition to agency across the Industrial, Office and Retail sectors.  She also carries out a variety of Landlord & Tenant, Management and Valuation instructions for a wide range of clients.  Louise particularly enjoys the day-to-day buzz of agency work within a small, well organised and fun team.

Louise, who has family roots in both rural Scotland and Wales, can often be found travelling between the two during her time off from the office.  As well as being an avid dog fan, spending time with her beloved Scottish Terrier, Morag, Louise is a keen tourist and also enjoys a good fictional read (preferably on a beach with a drink in hand).
