Richard is a Chartered Surveyor of 40 plus years’ experience, largely across the Eastern Counties. Prior to establishing the firm in 2004 he was Regional Head of Lambert Smith Hampton’s East Region and sat on the main Board.
Specialising in development, investment and strategic property advice across all property sectors in the Eastern Home Counties, he has extensive experience acting for a wide range of clients, particularly of acquisition and site assembly of significant development sites.
Outside of work a wide range of interests, from grandchildren to golf, keep him struggling to find the time to drive his beloved Morgan roadster around the Alps.
