In a move that will reinforce Coke Gearing’s status as a major player in the region’s commercial property scene, Paul Fitch, former head of Lambert Smith Hampton’s Chelmsford office, has been appointed a Director of the firm, with a view to extending their reach along the A12 corridor and north east M25.
“We’re delighted to welcome Paul aboard,” says Richard Coke, MD of Coke Gearing. “We already have a well-established presence along the A120 corridor, and Paul’s experience and expertise will help consolidate our commercial activities across the region and extend the range of agency and professional services we can offer to our clients.”
To add to their professional capability, Coke Gearing have also recruited Will Brown, a surveyor from Bidwells in Cambridge. This effectively extends their field of operations across three counties – Herts, Essex and Cambridgeshire – with a particular focus on the A120, A12 and M11 business corridors.
