At the end of September the IAS (Industrial Agents Society) Awards Ceremony took place and Coke Gearing were delighted that our clients, Wrenbridge, were awarded Best Multi-Let Development of the Year for Spark, Bishop’s Stortford. This was particularly gratifying for Coke Gearing, as the business has been involved with this site since it was ‘green field’, selling the outline consented commercial site on behalf of Countryside Plc to Wrenbridge and then being advisers and agents for the development that became Spark, a Grade A example of warehouse and industrial development which is now 100% let.
