Tom, a Member of the RICS and a Registered Valuer, has recently joined the growing team at Coke Gearing bringing with him over 28 years of property experience practising in the Essex, East London and, more recently, Hertfordshire property markets. Tom specialises in valuation and lease advisory work across all property sectors acting for private individuals, corporates, institutional clients, pension funds and public sector bodies. He is commercially aware, and prides himself on providing a high level of client service, while seeking to achieve the best possible results.
Away from the office, Tom can often be found working in the barn or sat on a tractor maintaining the paddocks and stable yard at home; he also enjoys brewing (and then drinking) his own beer.
