Coke Gearing were delighted to see Chancerygate obtain planning permission for their 10-unit scheme at Witham, during the Planning Committee of mid-June. Coke Gearing sold the site to Chancerygate (see News 8 September 2021). The site is now fully cleared and will offer units between approximately 4,000 and 23,000 sq ft, with construction starting soon.
Freebournes Park, as the site will now be known, in the first new small unit scheme to be developed in Witham for a decade. Coke Gearing are delighted to be instructed as joint agents on the new scheme alongside Lambert Smith Hampton’s Chelmsford office.
