Following the letting of Unit 2 to Mediquip earlier this year, Coke Gearing are delighted to announce that the remaining units, 1 and 3, have now been let to a single tenant. The units, totalling approximately 128,000 sq ft, will be the single biggest letting in Braintree for many years and reduces further the supply of warehouse stock across the region.
Hyperion achieved practical completion in early 2023 and all parties are extremely pleased with full occupation being achieved within nine months.
Further Design & Build options up to approximately 70,000 sq ft are available on Horizon 120, with additional brand new, high quality commercial units being available at EOS.
